'Another Day In Paradise'

Another day in paradise! Sarcasm, or reality? When you start your day, how do you feel? More importantly, how do YOU influence your team members to feel?
Attitude is so important to how people perform in their lives. Anyone who has learned anything about the power of positive thinking knows how important mindset is in achieving personal objectives. A leader has a tremendous opportunity to 'influence' the mindset of their employees. But words alone are not sufficient. People see through our words and look deeper to see what is real.
What is your real attitude? Does it need a tune up? A leader has to take the necessary steps to ensure he or she maintains a healthy attitude. This is as important as staying physically fit, and staying up to date with necessary competencies. A positive attitude and a positive influence are two of the most important assets you can bring to the table. And in these challenging times, your people need that more than ever.
It's been several months since my last Blog entry, and it feels good to be back. For me, truly, my career is another day in paradise!
